"News of Mingo’s arrest and his methods for committing the robberies led to some media outlets calling him a “master of disguise.” Today, Tracy Daryl Mingo, 33, of College Park, Georgia, appeared in federal court to face twenty total counts of Hobbs Act robbery, attempted Hobbs Act robbery, brandishing a firearm during a crime of violence, and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, after a grand jury returned an indictment on July 28, 2026."
